Each time you visit our website, you automatically share your IP address with us. In case you subscribe to our newsletter, we have a record of your name and email address that you have submitted. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Contribute to us

We consider only legal and social articles. Therefore, if you wish to publish any article on our website, you can always email us at nyayconnection@gmail.com. Within seven working days, we will respond you back about whether we will be able to publish your article or not. In case you don’t receive a reply within the stipulated time, consider your article rejected. It will be the sole discretion of the founders of the website whether to publish an article or to reject it.

At present, we are a new website and hence in no position to pay our contributors for their work. The intellectual property rights of the posts shall stay with the website and it can only be shared after written consent from the authorities of the website via email.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
